Sandra Anderson Builders is committed to working individually with each family in order to help them secure the best value for their buying dollar. We intend to exceed each family's personal housing expectations in land development, site planning, floor plan selection, as well as interior and exterior design. We provide extensive home buyer counseling and education, in addition to helping customers who buy the homes we build obtain the best possible financing available. We have two certified housing counselors on staff to work with our families on securing their new homes.

Sandra Anderson Builders offers peace of mind well beyond that first yearwith a ten year structural warranty and a two year warranty on mechanical systems.
