"To see an undeveloped tract of land turn into a beautiful home for some family is one of the most gratifying feelings I've ever experienced," says Anderson. "When I hand the keys to a new home to a family and see the expression that comes with home ownership, it's the greatest feeling I know."

Awards & Honors
Named Contractor of the Year in 1989, Anderson was also named Woman of Achievement by the Commission on the Status of Women and has received numerous awards from the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, The City of Greensboro Minority and Women in Business Enterprise Program, and the Human Relations Commission. In 1994, she received the highly coveted ATHENA Awards.from the Greensboro Area Chamber of Commerce "which honors women who attain and personify the highest level of professional excellence." In 1995, The Housing/Neighborhood Development Department of the City of Winston-Salem submitted the company's Providence Square subdivision to compete for the National Affordable Housing Training Institue's "1995 Excellence in Affordable Housing Awards."
